This billboard sits along the Gare de Lyon train tracks in the 12th Arr. It advertises a movement to ban horse meat. It’s associated with the Brigitte Bardot Foundation for the Animals. Warning, the web site has some very brutal images. Je ne pas monge de Cheval .com
